Jeremy from Texas

Jeremy is a youth with a strong sense of independence and a deep desire to figure things out on his own. He values self-reliance, often preferring to work through challenges and decisions by himself. He remains open to new experiences and is not afraid to explore different paths- whether it's trying new activities, meeting new people, or diving into hobbies that spark his interest. Jeremy likes music and it is important for him to be able to listen to music wherever he goes. Jeremy is a creative soul in his own right, enjoying sketching and writing as ways to express himself. Although Jeremy enjoys his time alone, he is very much in tune with his needs and desires, and he has no trouble vocalizing them when necessary. This skill serves him well, whether it's in social situations, problem-solving, or making sure his voice is heard. Jeremy does not give up easily and approaches challenges with determination.

Jermey's forever family will be patient, loving, and willing to help him navigate the transition into adulthood. His family will be trauma informed and knowledgeable about the effects of loss. Jeremy will do best in a home that is able to give him one on one attention.
