Luis is an energetic, observant, loving, and incredibly smart youth. He especially loves watching Disney DVDs. His favorite movies are Frozen and Kung Fu Panda, and his favorite character is Po, the panda. Luis gets so excited when watching his favorite shows that his joyful laughter often fills the room. His laughter and excitement are contagious! He uses a communication board to express himself and is working on forming sounds, using hand gestures and facial expressions to communicate. Luis enjoys dinosaurs, animals, cars, and battery-operated trains. He has a strong arm and excellent aim when throwing balls. His favorite colors are red and bright, high-contrast shades. With a big personality and love for being around others, Luis thrives when active and busy. He will be a wonderful addition to a loving forever family.

Luis's forever family will be equipped to provide round-the-clock care and have the knowledge and resources to support his needs.
